If you ask an adult to act like an animal or create an animal Chess opening they smile at you like you're crazy. But if you ask an 8 year old they throw themselves into the task instantly. At the June 2009 Watson Chess Camp I asked the kids to act like an animal and then I showed them the opening. I laughed hysterically when they imitated drunken penguins.
